This is a great way to jump-start your fitness!
Do you need to improve your fitness FAST, in order to look your best at an upcoming event? (Like your wedding, or your college reunion?)
Do you need some short-term, concentrated personal attention, in order to segue you to the condition where you are able to work out on your own?
Smart Workout’s Eight Week Shape-Up is the program for you.
This package consists of 12 personal training sessions, and 12 small group classes.
At the first personal training session, an interview will elicit exercise modality preferences; medical history, and fitness needs. Then a schedule will be set for the rest of the first week, which will include 2 classes (a resistance class, and a cardio class). The next 11 personal training sessions, which will be tailored to individual needs and preferences, will consist of a strength training module and a cardio module, each of which will differ from session to session, to ensure a totally rounded workout regime, and gradual increases in workload.
At the conclusion of each week, a schedule will be set for the succeeding week, consisting of 3 exercise sessions; either 2 personal training sessions and 1 exercise classes, or 2 exercise classes and one personal training.
All exercise classes at Smart Workout are "small group" and limited to a maximum of 5 people. (For more information about our small group exercise classes, click here
The Rate for the "8-Week Shape-Up” is $1,000 which includes 12 personal training sessions and 12 classes.
Sessions expire 90 days from date of purchase.
