One-on-One Trainings


Maximize your results.... work one-on-one with a Smart Workout Trainer. We have expert and attentive personal trainers who can meet with you individually, at a time of your convenience.

The Six Week Shape-Up

This package consists of 12 personal training sessions, and 12 classes.

At the first personal training session, four different tests will be given to determine baseline measures of muscle strength, endurance, cardio-respiratory strength, and fat to muscle ratio.

An interview will elicit exercise modality preferences; medical history, and fitness needs, and then goals will be set for the conclusion of the 6 week term. Then a schedule will be set for the rest of the week, which will include 2 classes (a resistance class, and a cardio class), and a personal training session.

The next 10 personal training sessions, which will be tailored to individual needs and preferences, will consist of a strength training module and a cardio module, each of which will differ from session to session, to ensure a totally rounded workout regime, and gradual increases in workload.

At the conclusion of each week, a schedule will be set for the succeeding week, consisting of 2 personal training sessions, and 2 classes.

At the last personal training session, the physical tests will be repeated, to measure changes in the baseline numbers, and to assess progress towards fitness goals.

Note that all classes at Smart Workout are size limited to a maximum of 4 people.

Prefer a less structured approach to your fitness regime? You can purchase a package of 10 training sessions, which you can use as you choose, at any time in a 6 month period.

FACE Conditioning

Face Conditioning provides a personalized and innovative face care regime.
No creams. No needles.

Face Conditioning systematically exercises each of the muscles of the face, neck and jaw.
These muscles are tightened and toned; tension is released. Blood flow to the face is stimulated, rejuvenating the tissues, resulting in a natural face-lift.


Pilates Mat

Learn to apply Pilates principles to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and strengthen your core.


SPIN

Burn calories and sculpt your body with a Smart Workout Trainer to perfect your cycling technique and riding profile with interval training, speed work, and endurance training. Are you new to SPIN? Working with a Smart Workout trainer is the perfect way to get started.


Stretching


Flexibility is a critical component of fitness. Improved flexibility can help prevent injuries, enhance sports performance, and create a sense of rejuvenation.

Stretching will prevent the loss of flexibility that occurs with aging; minimize the risk of back pain; improve circulation; improve posture; and minimize muscle soreness from playing sports or working out.


Tred n’Shed

Tred n’Shed uses different intervals of walking and running on a treadmill, along with heart monitoring techniques, to get you working out in your optimal fat-burning zone.


Yoga
