Lunch Hour Program




Smart Workout’s exercise schedule is designed to help you get fit during your lunch hour.   Each weekday we offer two 45 minute trainings in an assortment of Cardio Dance, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Trampoline, Pilates Reformer, Hula Hoop, Bellydance and SPIN.

Our Hydraulic Circuit is also an effective option for lunch hour use.   The Circuit is completed in just 36 minutes, and can be done alone, or in conjunction with a workout on our cardio equipment.
