Our vacation week is filled with “fitness outings” to NYC’s heralded sights and cultural attractions.
In the winter months our excursions include the Metropolitan Museum, and the Museum of Modern Art. In the warmer months our fitness walks include stops at some of NYC’s smaller gems, like the Forbes Museum, and the Museum at FIT.
In the spring we’ll go to the Orchid Show at the NYC Botanical Gardens; and in the summertime, we’ll walk along the paths of the Cloisters, City Island, and the Bronx Zoo.
We’ll walk the full length of the Highline Park, rollerblade on the Hudson River Path, and ice skate in Bryant Park.
We give you a pedometer at the start of your stay, and set “step” goals for each day, and for each sight visited on that day.
Our philosophy, and our certainty, is that you can have an enjoyable time while burning calories, and if we can help you to enjoy working out, you’ll be more likely to continue this healthy lifestyle after your stay with us is over.
Our evening activities include dance lessons and social dancing at professional dance centers, and of course, an evening of theatre.
All your hard work deserves some indulgence, to pamper your spirit and to soothe your hard-worked muscles.
So our vacations include visits to some of New York City’s grandest spas, where you can soak in whirlpools and waterfalls, and have wonderful spa treatments.
We visit different museums every week, and all our activities change seasonally. So stay with us for 2 weeks or longer, and come back to visit frequently. We’ll promise to always show you a good time, while helping you to feel good!
