Rowing is low impact, high intensity aerobics, and also an overall body toning workout.

Build heart strength as you sprint across the water and battle against the current, all while sculpting your shoulders, back, legs, and core as you pull your oars.

Smart Workout’s unique class content alternates strokes that work specific muscles in sequences, (pecs, abs, lats, and quads), and alternates sprints for distance and speed, for an effective cardio challenge.

Smart Workout’s “Water Rowers” use real water, to create resistance, and replicate the experience of rowing on the river
