All of Smart Workout’s exercise classes are “small group”…a maximum of 5 in a class.
Our flat fee membership includes unlimited exercise classes. There are no extra charges…not even for Pilates Reformer.
We also offer class packs of 15 classes, which can be taken within a six month period.
Because class size is limited to just 5 in a class, every participant gets individual attention from our trainers, which helps to achieve accuracy in their movement execution.
Exercise classes are offered continuously throughout the day, from open to close. So our clients can always have a class at the time most convenient for THEM!
We offer more than 140 exercise classes a week, and more than 30 different types of classes. All classes are size limited and reservations are required.
