Stand on the flat side of a BOSU Ball to surf; loop resistance-building Dyna-Bands around your arms and legs and make like you’re swimming; strap on ankle weights to walk in the sand; and substitute physio balls for beach balls, while tunes from the Beach Boys and Annette Funicello set the carefree vibe. Even though you won’t need sunscreen, you’ll definitely feel the burn
