“Circuit” utilizes our 20 station Cable Resistance weight-based machines, Our trainer sets you up at each station (adjusting the seat height and weights), and shows you the correct form to get you going, and to ensure that each exercise is executed in the most efficient manner. You are at each station for 2 minute intervals, to maximize muscle burn.
