Small Group Exercise Classes
This oldie but goodie takes a new twist in the hands of Smart Workout’s talented and innovative trainers.
Our 45 minute “Total Body” class, uses free weight to increase resistance, with postures which work the lower and upper body.
“Buff Bottoms and Abs” spends 30 minutes focusing on the derriere, with a specifically designed sequence to get your bottom looking buff. Fifteen minutes of Abs are added, to give a complete lower body workout.
“Abs and Stretch” spends 30 minutes targeting the Abs from all directions, and then 15 minutes of full body stretching.
